Staffordshire Moorlands District Council operates car parks across the District.
Parking Matters are working on the Council’s behalf to help them update their Car Parking Strategy to support the Districts’ economy and improve the resident and visitor experience.
This update includes technical work which will look at best practice from around the country, investment options, and ways of improving the customer experience. Importantly it should take account of the views of local people and organisations.
We need suggestions on car parks and how stakeholders feel that they can be improved and managed to make the day-to-day experience better for users, improve the towns and rural areas, or support their businesses.
Are there any specific issues they want to raise? Suggestions about tariffs, time limits, or payment options? Parking in the Peak District? We’d like to hear them.
We would like to hear the views of a wide range of users including businesses and employers in Staffordshire Moorlands.
