Planning Committee Meeting

The Planning Committee meets when the Council receives a planning application that it wishes to discuss and comment on.  Not all planning applications received by the Parish Council warrant discussion and meetings are only held if one or more Councillors request one.

Members of the public are welcome to attend Planning Committee meetings, however only residents of Werrington Parish may speak and ask questions, at the Chair’s discretion.

Decisions to approve or reject planning applications are made by Staffordshire Moorlands District Council.  The Parish Council is invited to make comments on any applications within, or affecting, the area it covers.
